I just had to share a photo of work on my new easel! My open box M is about five years old and, besides getting a new and sturdier tripod, was becoming rickety. I have seen the Soltek easel for years but was satisfied with what I had and not willing to spend the money. Seeing Randall Sexton using it at the workshop in Georgia caused me to just go ahead and get it. I am totally glad I did - it is very sturdy and will come in handy for larger sized canvases (a limitation with my old easel).
