mill cupola 8X10

Well, the big storm never really materialized here. It was mostly mixed rain and snow and there is little to show for it today. This is view of the cupola/tower on the top of the Whitin Mill in Whitinsville, MA.

Didn't this look great on the big screen last night? Did you hear the group GASP when your blog came up??? That HAD to have made you feel great! Thanks for taking the drive, and I hope you didn't think it was a waste of time. Let's do some plein air sessions this Spring.. I would love a 'last light' on some of those mills - or even the Braga Bridge - and I've always wanted to get someone to paint the Wattuppa Reservoir with - too scary to go alone!

It was great and you did a wonderful job! (note the labels I added). Yes, we should go out soon and my neighborhood is way too scary to stand alone in. I am applying to Sandywoods so I may soon become a Tiverton resident anyway. I am still pretty shy about face to face stuff......galleries are much different and one can stay pretty removed. Funny since I used to do so much staff development and teaching but it was intellectual and not personal like one's own work. But I do love the democracy of blogging and how non-competetive it is and it did feel good when I sensed the "gasp."
